There’s something powerful about starting the day outside—feeling the wind on your skin, the warmth of the sun, and remembering that you are a part of it all. Re-Leaf Soul Sessions was created as a space for those who are craving something deeper: A reset. A reconnection. A moment to come back home to yourself. We’ll meet on the rooftop of the Guadalupe Center, surrounded by fresh air and open sky. Together, we’ll move gently through yoga to awaken the body, breathe with intention to quiet the mind, and sit in stillness to reflect on where we are and where we’re going. I’ll guide you through a sound healing journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments—allowing your body and spirit to settle, release, and receive. We’ll close with light refreshments and space to simply be—with yourself or in connection with others. This isn’t just a class—it’s a sacred pause. A space to slow down, tune in, and remember that healing doesn’t have to be rushed. Growth can be gentle. And you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling the call to reconnect—this space is for you. 🧘🏽♀️ What to Bring: Yoga mat Water bottle Journal (optional) Cooling essential oil towels will be provided during savasana.
