What is Mindfulness/Meditation

Through mindfulness meditation, we cultivate the art of deep listening and deep looking, connecting with the wonders of life that are always available to us, right in the present moment

I'll guide you through gentle yoga to relax and prepare for our transformative journey. Then, we'll begin a cacao ceremony, tapping into nature's nourishing energy to ready the body and spirit.
