What is Mindfulness/Meditation

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is the practice of bringing our full attention to the here and now, with openness, curiosity, and kindness. Through mindfulness meditation, we cultivate the art of deep listening and deep looking, connecting with the wonders of life that are always available to us, right in the present moment

What My Meditations Look Like

I will guide you towards your inner sanctuary, where you'll find solace, clarity, and rejuvenation.

Whether you seek to calm and quiet the mind, explore visualization, manifest your dreams, or indulge in a soothing body scan meditation, our time together will be entirely focused on bringing the body, mind, and spirit in alignment.

 

You can book a private session for you or bring a friend. If group classes are more your jam I have that offering too!

Group Classes

Group Classes are meant to help you build community and feel the warm inviting vibrations of love and unity in one room. My goal is for you to feel safe, welcomed and ready to let go. I understand how hard it can be to slow down physically and mentally. I also understand how challenging it can be energetically to release. How vulnerable it is to let go.
