I Ingrid Perez-Esquivel. as a yoga instructor & spiritual guide, provide guidance and instruction in the practice of yoga and mindfulness practices. I am not a licensed medical professional and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Yoga is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, or other bodily harm. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, including yoga.

By participating in my yoga classes, workshops, or private sessions of yoga, meditation, breathwork and other activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily participate in yoga classes and other spiritual practices and assume all risk of injury that may result from your participation, including the risks of serious bodily injury or death.

  Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for listening to your body, following instructions provided by the instructor, and modifying poses or movements as necessary to suit your individual abilities and limitations.

  Release of Liability: You release Awaken with Ingrid "Ingrid Perez-Esquivel", along with any assistants or affiliates, from any and all liability for injuries or damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that may arise from your participation in yoga classes, workshops, or sessions facilitated by Ingrid Perez-Esquivel along with any assistants or affiliates.

  Medical Clearance: You affirm that you have received medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider to participate in physical activity, including yoga, and that you are physically fit and able to safely engage in yoga practice.

  Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awaken with Ingrid "Ingrid Perez-Esquivel", along with any assistants or affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, that may arise from your participation in yoga classes, workshops, or sessions.
