Like any temple has, there are certain guidelines to keep it as high vibrational as possible. 

All of these will be very intuitive to you because you are already so self-aware but we just wanted to repeat them for complete alignment.

Please use it as such.

2. This is a membership community for educational/ spiritual purposes purposes and not a replacement for therapy.
 

If you are going through something that needs support, we recommend seeking a therapist, coach or healer to help you with any personal or mental health issues in your life.

Shadow work is an integral part of growth but it’s crucial to do that in an intimate, safe container with someone who can hold the space for you. This group is not made for that. I take any mental health claims seriously and will immediately refer you to seek professional support.

3. Please do NOT share your password, the videos, PDFs or any content from this group to non-members. 

You are paying for this information, as are the others, and it’s not fair to anyone, as well as for myself who has worked long hours putting this collective together at an affordable cost.

4. No political debates, shame, judgement, criticism or complaining. 

We also know that politics are a huge part of our lives but ask that you please keep political/medical conversations outside of this membership site, as these types of conversations need to be had face-to-face where the space is being properly held and all parties involved have agreed to engage in this discussion. This is not the purpose of this Divine Feminine Mystery School, but rather to focus on the content we are diving into here.

To keep this a safe and positive space, I have the right to remove any member from the network permanently and there will not be a refund issued. I hope I NEVER have to do that.

Section 1: Overview

Awaken with Ingrid (Awaken with Ingrid, LLC) is a sacred subscription service that allows members to access content, including but not limited to, Weekly Dharma Circles, eBooks,

Workshops, Masterclasses, Webinars, Meditations and Forums, and to communicate with other members over the Wix platform.

These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Awake with Ingrid, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms of use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of awakenwithingrid.com, including any content, functionality, and

services offered on or through awakenwithingrid.com  (the "Websites"),

whether as a guest or a registered user.

 

As used in these Terms of Use, the words “content” and/or “services” refer to the content and services provided by and through Awaken with Ingrid and Awaken with Ingrid LLC. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to the Awaken with Ingrid Guidelines in Section 8 below as well as any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms of Use, please do not use this service.

Section 2: Membership

Your Awaken with Ingrid membership will continue until terminated. To use Awaken with Ingrid, you must provide Awaken with Ingrid with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

Section 3: Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the Awaken with Ingrid service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on the “My Subscriptions” page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you sign-up for the service. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit “My Subscriptions” page under “Active Subscriptions” to see your next payment date. 

Updating your Payment Methods. You may update your Payment Methods by going to the “My Wallet” page and selecting “Editing Billing Info.” We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

Cancellation. You may cancel your Awaken with Ingrid membership at any time. You will continue to have access to the Awaken with Ingrid service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and Awaken with Ingrid does not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched/unused Awaken with Ingrid content. To cancel, go to the “My Subscriptions” page, select “Active Subscriptions”, and select “Cancel Membership.” To see when your account will close, view the “My Account” page.

Section 4: Electronic Communications

We will send you information relating to your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to the email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct email address.

Section 5: Awaken with Ingrid Service

You must be 18 years of age in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the Awaken with Ingrid service.

The Awaken with Ingrid service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with any other individuals. During your Awaken with Ingrid membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Awaken with Ingrid service and view Awaken with Ingrid content via awakenwithingrid.com. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

The Awaken with Ingrid service, including the content offerings, is regularly updated. Content may be updated, changed, or removed without notice. You agree to use the Awaken with Ingrid service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale,or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Awaken with Ingrid service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Awaken with Ingrid service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Awaken with Ingrid service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Awaken with Ingrid service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

Section 6: Informational Content

Awaken with Ingrid and its components are offered for informational purposes only. Awaken with Ingrid shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via awakenwithingrid.com and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Section 7: Warranties and Limitations on Liability

The Awaken with Ingrid service is provided “as is” and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

Section 8: Awaken with Ingrid Community Guidelines

Hate speech is not allowed and will not be tolerated. You will be removed from the membership and will forfeit the right for a refund if there is evidence of hate or discriminatory commentary or behavior both online or during an in person session.

Section 9: Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

We understand genuine mistakes may happen, therefore if you break any of the above guidelines, you will receive a message the first time so you’re aware. However, we reserve the right to remove any members that repeatedly break the community guidelines without refund. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove posts, without notice, to protect our community. Our team moderates the community daily and will respond to flagged posts and comments within a 24-hour period.

If you see anyone violating our Community Guidelines or behaving in a way that makes you uncomfortable, please report the post  by sending an email to ingrid@awakenwithingrid.com.

Section 10: Personal Use Only Awaken with Ingrid, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the products or services for your personal use only. Please do NOT share your password, the PDFs or ANY content from this group to third parties. All products or services purchased and/or downloaded are for personal use only. Do not copy, reproduce, transmit, or modify, edit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any products or services purchased and/or downloaded from our websites, without prior written consent.

Section 11: Intellectual Property

Awaken with Ingrid and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Awaken with Ingrid LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We reserve the right to cancel your account without refund if we observe a violation of these rules.

Section 12: Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy,

Section 13: Miscellaneous

Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance with your account, please email ingrid@rosegoldgoddesses.com. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by Customer Support, these Terms of Use will control.

Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms of Use. We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Websites thereafter. Your continued use of the Websites following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access the Websites so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
